Now from Surulere to places like the United Kingdom, USA, Malaysia, South Africa and the likes, this 22 year old is yet to slow down as he keeps flying high. He landed in his new destination, Sweden but not to perform instead the ones singing his praise are his ever ardent fans waiting loyally for the set time when it would come to their turn. In the belly of the City of Malmo, Wizkid's fans are not hesitating to make their voices heard, until he hears and adds it to his tour list.
One of which is Princess Maria, a Nigerian living in Diaspora, who resides in Sweden. She is a native of Imo state Nigeria and is currently studying for her Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts at the Malmo University, Sweden. Born on October 20 1991, the 21 is a great fan of Wizkid all the way from the other side of the world. "I love all his songs but my favourite is 'love my baby as well as his current 'Song Dance for me'
She has even gone ahead to start a fan base right there in Malmo Sweden with a group of Swedish girls and Nigerians as well that school with her. She even made posters and T shirts just to show how much she loves and appreciate his music. "I hope to visit Nigeria soon and wish I would get a chance to meet Wizkid face to face! I believe we must support our own where ever we are and keep flying our flag as proud Nigerians."
