MI Abaga and Omawuni Announced As Hosts of Headies Awards 2012

The 7th edition of the HEADIES Awards is around the corner, and this year's hosts has been annouced - Rapper MI Abaga and sensational singer Omawumi Megbele.

Announcing this was the Executive producer of the awards Ayo Animashaun: 'It's a very important year for us at The Headies, and for the Nigerian music industry in general....And we found in M.I and Omawumi, two great entertainers who are very passionate about the awards, passionate about their work, passionate about the music business and a great source of inspiration to young, up and coming artistes, because of their peculiar stories climbing up'.

The HEADIES Awards which was known as the HIPHOPWORLD AWARDS would be held at the Eko Hotel and Suites on Saturday October 20, 2012.
